You have received a text to advise you your prescription is due to be delivered. Your records indicate you pay for your prescriptions and we would be grateful if you could make your payment by BACs using the details below:
- Prescription fee is £9.35 per item.
- Please reference your name and date of birth in your payment so we can identify you. If you are making payment on behalf of someone else please reference their name and date of birth.

If you would prefer to make a card payment, please contact reception on 01386 552424 who can take your details.
If you have already paid or have an exemption please advise the prescription delivery courier so we can update your records.
More than 3 items in three months?
If you will have to pay for four or more prescription items in three months, or more than 14 items in 12 months, you may find it cheaper to buy a Pre-Payment Certificate (PPC). The charge for a single prescription item is £9.35, whereas a three month PPC will cost you £30.25 or a 12 month PPC £108.10 (You can pay in 10 monthly instalments if you buy a 12 month PPC).
