How We Invite You
Our practice invites patients for reviews around their birth month through one or more of the following methods:
If we do not receive a response after several attempts, we will follow our Non-Responder Policy for Long Term Conditions. This helps us make sure your care remains safe and that we take appropriate steps to contact you.

If you have received an invitation for your annual review, please respond promptly to arrange your appointment. Timely reviews help us keep your care up to date and ensure your treatment continues to be safe and meet your needs.

If you think you may have missed a review, or if your contact details have changed, please contact our practice reception team as soon as possible.
