We have a functioning Patient Reference Group, the purpose of which is to be representative of our patient population and give constructive feedback to the practice on developing and improving services to patients.

Members of the group can be contacted via reception on 01386 552424 if you wish to discuss any issues with them, instead of or as well as directly with the Practice.

Michael Amies

Michael has been a patient of the practice for 28 years. He is a semi-retired humanitarian aid consultant and also gives his time to the Worcestershire Organ donation committee, Friends of Pershore Hospital and Number 8 Community Arts Centre.

Sylvia Dyke

Sylvia has been a patient at the practice since 2002. She has worked as a Social Worker and currently serves as a Magistrate. She is also involved with the Worcestershire Safeguarding and Healthwatch Boards.

Ann Ford

Ann has been a patient at the practice for 43 years. She has worked with patients with learning and physical disabilities and still volunteers at Choices in Evesham.

Di has been a patient at the practice for 16 years, she is a retired District Nurse and Nursing Home matron.
