Receptionists are available Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:30.
Our GP appointment system is primarily book on the day (during Covid restrictions your initial GP consult will be via telephone and the GP will arrange for you to come and be seen face to face if needed). Nurses appointments are pre-booked. If the doctor of your choice is available, we will be happy to book you in with them. We have a proportion of our appointments available for booking in advance, which are available by contacting the surgery or online. A selection of appointments are released on a daily basis online from 07:30 am or you can contact the surgery by telephone from 08:00, Monday-Friday.
You will be asked to give a brief description of the medical condition - this is so that we can direct you to the most appropriate clinician.
If more than one person per family needs seeing, please book a separate appointment for each person.
Chaperone Policy: If you would like a chaperone to be present at your appointment with a clinician, please speak to reception.
Face Coverings Policy: Click here to view our face coverings policy from 19/7/2021.
Patients aged over 16 will be able to book routine appointments with your GP online. You will need to attend reception in person with 2 lots of ID (to include photo ID and proof of residency) and you will be given a registration form to register online. NOTE: If you are registered for online ordering of repeat prescriptions then you can use the same password to book and cancel appointments.
The NHS App
Once this is downloaded and you have uploaded your photo ID you will be able to view your GP health record, order a repeat prescription, check your Covid-19 vaccine record, share your Covid-19 status and manage your appointments.
There are links to get advice about Coronavirus, you are able to search conditions and treatments plus contact NHS 111.

Improved Access Appointments
In addition to the practice’s normal opening hours, you can also book an appointment to see a local clinician in the evenings or on Saturday and Sunday at locations across South Worcestershire. GP practices are working together to provide Improved Access appointments to our patients. This means that your Improved Access appointment may be with a different GP, nurse or based in a different location or practice than you are used to, and some of these appointments are telephone only. These appointments are pre-bookable by contacting a dedicated number directly. To book an improved access appointment please ring 01905 969864. This line is open weekdays 18:30 – 20:00 and weekends 08:00 – 12:00.
Monday – Friday: 18:30 – 20:00
Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 – 12:00
For an Improved Access Appointment please ring 01905 969864.
To access this service, please contact reception before 10.30am - other than in an emergency.
Whenever possible, patients should expect to be seen at the surgery. If your medical condition is such that, in the opinion of the doctor, it is necessary to do so, a visit can be made to your home.
If a home visit is requested, our receptionist may ask you a few questions about the problem in order to help the doctor judge the urgency of the call. We would value your co-operation with this.
Cancel an Appointment
It is important that you inform the reception staff if you are unable to attend your appointment, this will allow that appointment to be offered to another patient. If you fail to notify the Practice that you are unable to attend, you will be sent a letter informing you that you have defaulted from your appointment. Persistent defaulters maybe removed from the list.
You can also complete our appointment cancellation notification request form. This can only be used if your appointment has been arranged for more than 24 hours in advance. (excluding weekends and public holidays). You can also text to cancel your appointment.
Text Reminder Service
We have a texting service which allows you to receive confirmation and reminders about your appointments.
To have this service you will need to register by completing a consent form.
Please remember to update your contact details with us when you change address, telephone numbers and email address.
