Find information about local services, charities and community groups that can offer support with a range of health and wellbeing needs. Many of these services accept self-referrals, so you can contact them directly without needing to speak to a GP first.
Social Prescribing
Social Prescribing from Onside Advocacy links patients with non-medical support, recognising that people’s health is determined by a range of social, economic and environmental factors.
Support for Carers
If you care for a family member, friend or neighbour because of illness, disability, mental health problems or age, support is available. You can find out more at the Worcestershire Carer's support website.
WorkWell
WorkWell provides free, personalised support to help you stay in work, return to work following a period of sickness, or find your way back into work if your health has affected your employment.
Physiotherapy
Patients can self-refer to the local physiotherapy service for a number of musculoskeletal conditions. The service aims to help restore movement and function caused by a injury, illness or disability.
Cranstoun
We have a dedicated Cranstoun worker available at our practice one day a week supporting patients with various issues including substance missuse, domestic abuse, and housing and homelessness issues.
Domestic abuse help
If you, or someone you know, is experiencing domestic abuse or sexual abuse, help and support are available. Find information about getting help, staying safe and accessing specialist support.
